This paper constructs index system of influence factors for the unique catering industry, by analyzing the features of regional development of catering industry in Hei Long Jiang province. It comprehensive evaluates and sorts the influence factors of Hei Long Jiang are catering industry by using the factor analysis,in order to obtain the ranking based on the cross sectional data,then finally,it also analyses the reasons to form such ranking situation.
