We examine our progress in scheduling remanufacturing operations by reviewing the literature indetail. We examine published research in scheduling disassembly, remanufacturing/repair, andreassembly operations and their integration. The objective functions/performance criteria,quantitative methodologies, and complexities/issues are examined. Finally, an overallassessment of our progress and continued research needs are presented.
