South Pan-Asia Railway System and Balance Lines of International Freight and Incidentals

The construction of south pan-Asia railway system makes the economic and trade transportation situation between Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and China be faced enormous change. In new situation, the existence of dynamic "balance lines of international freight and incidentals" is an objective fact; there must be "warping" phenomenon in the cargo transportation line selecting which contradicts to the watershed function of "balance lines of international freight and incidentals"; "warping" phenomenon are caused by many inducing factors; "balance lines of international freight and incidentals" and "warping" phenomenon have much to do with integrate south pan-Asia railway cargo transportation convention. The extensive and unified Eurasia railway cargo transportation convention is not only the demand of the transportation between ASEAN and China, but also the demand of the transportation between eastern Asia and Western Europe. Although it needs much time, to bring into full play of the watershed function of "balance line of international freight and incidentals" should be a long-range objective, which deserves the countries of ASEAN and China to pursue.
