Maintain and improve the quality of teaching is the lifeline of my school teaching, but also the army noncommissioned officers education key to sustainable development. How to improve the quality of teaching non-commissioned officers of education is a persistent issue. This paper seeks to present our school by teaching professional artillery repair process of teaching quality problems, factors affecting the analysis, to maintain and enhance the quality of classroom teaching strategies. To build a school teaching quality assurance system to provide basic reference.
