Technology has come to education since the 70s in a process of social evolution, science and technology. It is important to note that since the technology is part of an administrative Education Institution to arrive in the classroom through the use of Internet for research and educational software, using technology not as a discipline, but using it to teach various technologies. A virtual environment can facilitate the learning of a child, especially children with Down syndrome, a natural way of bringing the realities of day-to-day.
