A biosensor combined with metamaterial and microfluidic system is able to reach a highly sensitive, and label-free biosensor when applying to THz sensing technology. The microfluidic system can demonstrate multi-step biochemical experiments with low consumption of reagents and a rapid reaction to achieve a high efficiency; a novel idea is to detect the disease acute myocardial infarction(AMI) through conjugations to metamaterial surface, and the related antigen marker belongs to troponin I(cTnI). With the confirmed linker by fluorescent inspection, comparing state of air and after binding, the result shows 2.196 GHz for average red shifts according to resonant dip.
