We have developed a platform for therapeutic vaccination against cancer in mucosal tissues, overcoming challenges in accessing these tissues. Our platform allows for the flexibility to personalize an array of antigens/adjuvants, provides a 'road-map' for lymphocytes to reach tumors in mucosal surfaces, and allow the prevention of systemic disease by targeting circulating tumor cells.
