摘要

Biophysical cues provided by Heart-On-A-Chip platforms combine synergistically with soluble metabolic cues to drive electrophysiological maturation of immature, pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes. This relatively facile and rapid maturation process is compatible with the need to mature hiPSC-CM to increase their pharmacologic relevance over short time-scales toward a more "adult-like" state for more predictive in vitro modeling.
