摘要

Security issues in Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) have become a huge concern over the past few years considering their applications and necessity. Wormhole tunneling is an attack which when brought to such a network can completely neutralize the communications taking place in the network. The objective of the paper is to enhance the security provided by the existing methodologies to thereby improve the performance of the network. The proposed algorithm combines a Black Hole detection behavior mechanism and a wormhole detection behavior mechanism to detect and prevent the vulnerabilities in the Mobile Ad hoc Network based on the way of behavior.
