摘要

Based on the current situation of the continuous decline in college students' physique in recent years, the status quo and problems of classroom teaching, extracurricular physical exercise, and sports competition after class in the physical education curriculums in colleges and universities are analyzed and studied through the literature review, investigation, analysis, theoretical research, and other methods. An integrated evaluation system of "Moral education" inside and outside class with overall planning, block management, block evaluation, and comprehensive grading is proposed.
