摘要

With the developing of China's industrial production, the security issue is becoming one obstacle to the social and economic development in the main factors. The security issues in the production process are diversiform, but human insecurity is the key to solving security problems. The rapid development of management theory provides the solution for the security management. Of course, modern safety management is a multifaceted multilevel integrated nature; the theory should be combined with a variety of management theory applied in safety management. Based on comprehensive application of the contemporary management theory in security management, the authors bring forward a new security management model for solving practical problems of safety in production.
机译：随着中国工业生产的发展，安全问题已成为阻碍社会经济发展的主要因素之一。生产过程中的安全问题多种多样，但是人为的不安全感是解决安全问题的关键。管理理论的迅速发展为安全管理提供了解决方案。当然，现代安全管理是多层面，多层次的综合性。该理论应与在安全管理中应用的各种管理理论相结合。在现代管理理论在安全管理中的综合应用的基础上，提出了一种解决生产安全实际问题的新安全管理模型。
