摘要

Firstly, this paper reviews domestic empirical study on core competence. This paper set up the estimating index system of core competence based on Knowledge Fermenting Model of organizational learning, and finally testifies that organizational learning capability influences its competition advantage. Based on these indexes, investigations on 33 companies by which we researched the relationship of knowledge fermenting and core competence have been conducted, We have applied SPSS to Data analysis and researching on the relativity of these indexes and core competence. On the basis of our investigations, Knowledge Fermenting influencing core competence is concluded.
