摘要

The concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) has helped organizations across the globe to achieve business excellence. While organizations implement TQM with similar goals, it is observed that the organization that pays more importance for learning obviously gains the competitive advantage. As a consequence, there has been enormous research on the aspects of TQM and organizational learning and their synergies. However, it is observed that a more effective empirical study is in short for the relationship between TQM and organizational learning. Also, it is expected that both TQM and organizational learning influence for higher level of company performance. Therefore, it is planned to study empirically the possible relationship between TQM and organizational learning and then effect on company performance. The results are discussed in detail. (87 refs.)
