摘要

Tripartite Game theory applied in this paper will be the general conditions of individuals,enterprises and social. First analysis is the game of intelligent (or not) people's return and choice on the enterprise facing to the worthwhile and worthless things, and then use the same method to the enterprise return and choice to the society. The research give the explaining and solution of paradox which of general not loyalty, not ethics and not responsibility under the conditions in the general incentive.
