摘要

The economic crisis sweeping the globe which is caused by subprime mortgage crisis from the United States has deeply affected every corner of the world, China, of course, is no exception. As for in-depth understanding of this crisis, we not only need to reflect on business model and management model needs to reflect on. Human resources are the primary resource of the era of knowledge economy and are an important source of forming the core competitiveness. Our China is a big human resources country, but as a result of backward management, many waste of resources are caused. This paper will do the relevant inquiry from the perspective of human resources management as follows, how to achieve Innovations in Human Resources strategies for business, to build a forward-looking human resource management platform and to provide adequate accumulation of human resources management and personnel reserve for enterprises' sustainable development and so on, on the impact of economic crisis.
