摘要

The essence of the core competence of enterprises is a dynamic knowledge system, whose forming process is a kind of process of knowledge obtaining, preservation, accumulation, spreading, sharing, application and innovation. This paper firstly expounds the knowledge attributes of the core competence of enterprises. Then it analyzes the inner relationship between the core competence and knowledge management. And then this paper probes into the process of the implement of knowledge management to form the core competence of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, the implement of knowledge management is the necessary route for enterprises to obtain and strengthen their lasting competitive advantage in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
