摘要

This paper validates the ideological and political teachers' Teaching Effectiveness lists using SPSS17.0 Stat. software and structural equation model through questionnaires. It measures the ideological and political teachers' Teaching Effectiveness in Hebei province and analyzes the significance of difference for Teaching Effectiveness evaluation in the correlation statistics variables. Finally the factors influencing the ideological and political teachers' Teaching Effectiveness have been found out.
