Along with the rapid development of economy and the constant change of the market, there is continued increasing demand of the social marketing talents, but also new requests to college marketing talent cultivation. In order to adapt to the requirements of social practice changes, to social conveying of high quality "qualified" marketing personnel, college marketing professional talent training in the modern education concept, under the guidance of marketoriented ability construction is the core to reform. Besides, scientific and reasonable position marketing professional talent are needed, the course system should be changed, practical teaching should be focused, teaching methods and means should be innovated, and the construction of the teaching staff and practice based construction needs to be strengthened.
