The continuous progressing of Computing and Communications, along with the increasing number of Internet users, lead us to update the concept of Health Services, being succeeded to offer new and revolutionary functionalities. Derived from this evolution, the supply of Health Attention Services via this media is required from the State Authorities and Administrations. Internet, as universal net, offers a wide diversity of mechanisms that enable these types of services, from the concept of bibliographic information or as medium, between users of Public heath and Health Staff or between patient that reside in hospitals and their external family-social environment. In this sense, most demanding areas are the Newborn Children and Paediatrics Services. The position of the children that temporarily reside in hospitals should be emphasized for being somehow excluded from their natural environment, and coexistence with their families and other children. This event can be efficiently surmountable with Technologies that nowadays are used for other purposes. The inclusion of those services using Internet (e-Health) will serve the child during his stay in hospital offering Services of Social Integration with their owns teaching centres keeping contact with their habitual teachers and colleagues; or participating in games, chats, etc defined by experts in children cares.
