The Hydroblocks performed excellent on all of the tough tests it was subjected to: thousands of m~2 on dykes in practice, theoretical considerations and large scale flume tests, and the pull out tests on a newly made revetment. Of course, the final test will be on the sea dykes in the Netherlands during the design storm surge with return period of 4000 years, that might however occur next winter.
