摘要

The underlying assumption in the paper is that the human factor plays a critical role in both the decision-making and the execution aspects of implementing corporate quality, and particularly TQM, systems. Superior working conditions, good psychological and social environments, and especially good organization of work and its positive perception by employees, have been proved to affect macroeconomic trends in a critical way. The author concludes that working conditions surveys and engineering, as described in the paper, have become an essential tools for promoting macroeconomic growth.
