摘要

The city and its monumental and historical buildings, consolidated through long centuries of their history, have been conceived in contact with the sun. The study and the research on the reinterpreation of the energy and bioclimatic values of the building structures and of the ancient city, due to the critical environmental conditions may represent, today more than ever, the key to a correct discipline for monumetal restoration. Within this discipline, the strategy and the use of solar energy and technologies is introduced with respect towards its conservation, contributing to the maintenance and avoiding damages produced by time, pollution and an inappropriate thermal management of the inherited ancient cultural patrimony.
