It is desired that public transportation services make great strides while learning to co-exist with the private automobile to form a transportation network which works f -Therefore, it is our belief that it is necessary to carry out the promotion of New APM and LRT systems on a nationwide basis, to review construction cost reduction, reduction of travel time, the public transportation network structure, and enhanced service value in order to bring about a new era of transportatio.
