摘要

(1) As the utilization strategy of coal resources in 21st century, it is required to resolve issues of economic growth including poverty problems, stable supply of energy, and security of environment at the same time. In order to achieve this requirement, followings shall be challenged. Harmonized development and efficient utilization of energy High energy efficiency, fluidization of fuels and harmonization and symbiosis with nature shall be achieved simultaneously. Reciprocal linking among development of resources, utilization of coal and environment shall be pursued. Globalization Enhancement of friendly relationships among the producing countries and consuming countries shall be established, through communication of the information on resources, supply and demand and technologies. It is also important to enhance international harmonization and cooperation. (2) Challenge how to use it. Coal is still on the way of further development in many senses, challenging the higher level of cleanliness, greater efficiency, higher economic merit and greater ease of use. (3) Let us achieve "noble use" of coal and optimal utilization of Coal.
