Objective: - to study hepatocyte permeability in humans (after Ga-Al-As biostimulation) and in Cavia Cobaia (He-Ne, monochromatic red light). GOT and GPT enzymes (AST/ALT) were studied.Method: Part I: AST and ALT blood levels were compared in 38 guinea pigs (four groups treated with He-Ne, four with monochromatic red light, four control groups and an environment control group). Part IP. AST and ALT changes were checked after Ga-Al-As biostimulation hi 13 patients with inflammatory rheumatism, 29 with degenerative arthritis and 8 with abarticular rheumatism (group A, chemotherapy and physical - kinetotherapy and group B, (same treatment plus Ga-Al-As biostimulation)
