Based on the effects of basin nonlinear runoff and confluence which are considered from the basin rainfall space - time changes and the basin topography as well as the river channel characteristics, the basin models of nonlinear runoff and confluence and the method of real - time flood foreast are presented. Using them to forecast the floods of Luhun Reservoir, it shows that the models and method are effective in practice.
