This paper concisely introduces the fundamental principle of "ntn" calibration procedure at first. Then it presents the algorithm using deconvolution to separate the impulse response of sampling oscilloscope. Finally, computer simulation is fulfilled. The result not only indicates the validity of the algorithm, but also proves the "ntn" calibration procedure is still right when the bandwidth of the three sampling oscilloscope involved in calibration is significantly different.
