We developed a microinjection system by combining a pulled glass microneedle and a PDMS-based micro valve which can deliver subnano liter samples into a single oocyte. The volume of solution was regulated by a pneumatically operated valve. The estimated minimum droplet volume using manual regulation was 0.9 nl. Feasibility experiments to deliver the solution to the embryo were performed.
