The great civil infrastructure works need specific analysis for the identification, the evaluation and the management of the environmental impacts. The environmental analysis for the infrastructure works is at first aimed to identify and study the environmental aspects of the infrastructure work, in order to supply the basic information for a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the induced environmental impacts. The existing environmental analysis, control and management instruments have got common elements, although finalised to different application. The purpose of this study is to set up a scheme for the environmental analysis in the management of the infrastructure works, by integrating the existing structures and contents, in order to optimise the work of data collecting and analysis. This scheme is aimed to get the complete information to study the environmental safety, that is a condition of absence of danger and of protection of the integrity of the population and ecosystem.
