摘要

In this paper, the heat transfer characteristics of plain tube, membrane tube and spiral finned tube are studied by thermal calculation. The results show the heat transfer efficiency of the spiral finned tube is about four times higher than that of the plain tube under the same service condition. It shows the superiority of the spiral finned tube. Furthermore, several important factors of the spiral finned tube, such as the geometrical parameters, flue gas flow rate and anti-abrasion character, are analyzed. The results of the study have been used for the reconstruction design computation of one NG220/100-M3 boiler economizer, and the spiral finned tube were used for the reconstruction. By the reconstruction, the flue gas exhaust temperature reduces effectively and the abrasion of economizer is also decreased, The economy performance improves and the effective economical benefit is obtained. This study is expected to be useful for the reconstruction and design of the boiler economizer in power plant.
