摘要

A accurate and reliable Finite Element Dynamic Model is basis of dynamic analysis and dynamic optimum design of complex structure. A new method for modifying Finite Element Models is developed in this paper. A accurate Finite Element Model which keep the characteristics of band and sparsely of the Finite Element's stiffness and mass matrices is obtained by application of the method to an initial Finite Element Model with a set of results of Experimental Modal Analysis. A modifying program for the method is successfully developed, with which the modification of structural Finite Element Models can be realized in this paper. In the paper the Experiment Modal parameters of ZH1105WG Diesel Engine Block are obtained by means of Spectrum Equalization Burst Random Excitation. On this basis, the modifying program is used to modify the Finite Element Model of the block and the accurately analytical model is obtained. After being experimented, the analytical model of the block is correct. According to the model, the dynamic structural modification of Engine Block has been proposed.
