摘要

The results was encouraging, for it's the first time to prove that DART has the capability to realize fast analysis of MG and LMG in complex matrix. The traditional ESI method for MG test was tedious and complicated. Without the time-consuming sample pre-treatment, DART can achieve equivalent efficacy which is not conceivable for old approaches. Further study on positive fish meat samples will be reported, and suitable pre-treatment method to extract MG efficiently should be further explored. Through these trials we expect to show that ambient ionization method like DART has the capability to realize fast screening of tricky analyte like MG.
