1.Preliminary analysis of iPS cell replicates was used to establish an MS-based quality control (QC) pipeline. 2.Identified commonly assayed markers of motor neuron cell cultures along with their relative protein concentrations with respect to three developmental stages, iPSC, neural rosette and mature neuron: GFAP/nestin/Ki-67/β_(III)-tubulin 3.Top 10 up/down fold changes between control and SMA mature motor neuron samples are reported 4.Report a subset of kinases with differential protein expression as iPSC differentiate into motor neuron cultures
