A platform to automatically perform mAb digestion with F_c- and L_c/F_d subunit purification from an mammalian cell cultivation with subsequent MS analysis was established. Rapid MS measurement at full sensitivity and resolution can determine quality attributes such as the glycoprofile on a mAb subunit.
