A simple and rapid method for the determination of chloramphenicol and its metabolite residues by DLLME/ESI-LC-MS/MS was developed. The developed and validated DLLME/ESI-LC-MS/MS method was applied to muscle and milk biological matrices. The LOD was between 0.08 and 3.31 μg/Kg and the LOQ were 0.63 6.84 respectively for chloramphenicol, thaimphenicol and florfenicol.
