Corporate culture, as a core value system, is the soul and spiritual motivations of a corporation. So, it is the most enduring buzzwords of popular management. Now, corporate culture has become the competitive focus in the world market. Chinese Railway Transport corporate culture is quite out of keeping with the demands of market economy and our times. The defects in corporate culture would become the ball and chain to the progress of Chinese Railway Transport industry. Therefore, establishing a new corporate culture is the most urgent task of Chinese Railway Transport corporate. Based on a theoretical analysis, we put forward our suggestion.
