The enzymes showed different activities during deglycosylation of the four types of antibodies (muIgG1, muIgG2a, muIgG2b, and huIgG1) considered in this study. IgGZERO produced complete deglycosylation in the shortest time for all of the IgG types. The activity of each enzyme was similar for the conjugated and unconjugated huIgG1 antibody.
