According to the national statistics almost 15% of all registered offenses in Lithuania have been committed by adolescents (Vileikien, 2007), a quarter of all crimes have been committed by persons with previous conviction (Department of Informatics and Relations at the Interior, 2005). Thus, assessment and management of risk to the re-offend is the essential part of juvenile justice interventions.
