Training of trainers is a form of adult education that aims to develop necessary pedagogical and interpersonal competencies for professionals of different backgrounds who intend to become future trainers. A variety of tools and modern techniques are meant to improve the trainer's ability to organize, plan and develop their own training sessions. The present article describes, from a participant's perspective, an experience of training that has implemented assessment criteria for such pedagogical abilities so that future trainers have an objective measure of their training performance (self-progress evaluation).
