Rock often presents different damage state after repeatedly loading and unloading, The buckling destruction is closely related to the dynamic mechanical properties of damaged rock. Based on weakening and quantified expression of pre-damaged rock samples in different damage degree, The numerical simulation of impact tests using the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) system under different loading rate is carried out and some basic parameters of HJC model are modified, Some parameters and change rules such as ultimate strength and ultimate strain along with the impact load of rock specimens are obtained and the relationship between the dynamic stress and deformation response is concluded. Compared with dynamic compression characteristics of intact rock, the dynamic compression strength and ultimate strain rate of pre-damaged rock are showed significantly reduction. The research conclusions can provide some theoretical basis for mechanism investigation of engineering disasters.
