The Lead iron niobate synthesis by combustion method which is mixed with the lead glasses prepared by melt quenching by different weight percentage. The dielectric loss of lead iron niobate (PFN) ceramic is significantly influenced by the addition of Lead glasses. The transition temperature of lead glass is around 550°C, it exhibit liquid phase during sintering process around 550°C. The grain growth in PFN material in presence of liquid phase sintering (LPS) by lead glass exhibits a peculiar phenomenon. The change in grain size of PFN observed by SEM. This study has shown that LPS by lead glasses can be a suitable processing technique to decrease a dielectric loss of PFN which was major problem of lead iron niobates for capacitor application view point.
