摘要

The university sphere has been experiencing a profound change over the past few years as a result of the process of European convergence in higher education. While not so long ago teaching methods mainly revolved around the teacher’s role, today’s higher education systems focus on the autonomous activities students must carry out. As it is widely thought that undergraduate students need to learn to work both on their own and in groups, collaborative learning appears to be an essential technique for the fruitful outcome of their future careers. At the same time, this learning strategy seems extremely appropriate so as to legally analyse present-day cases under the umbrella of the “Business and Human Rights” discourse, since it represents an effective way to integrate such discourse into the university classroom.
