摘要

We present a novel way of providing continuous education, available from any computer, based onmultimedia material to support the study of the subject General Pathology or Pathophysiology, at thedegree of Physiotherapy. For future perspectives the target were also to implant this way of teachingas an adjunct to traditional and that transcends to other degrees, for facilitating the study. Dependingon the content, to develop new digital resources to complement the subject or matching resourceswith the created new technologies. At last, we decided to offer the project material in multiplelanguages and ways, in order to give more coverage in teaching.Materials: This idea has its roots in the subject of 'Information and Communication Technologies'taught at the degree of Physical Therapy and has been asked for development, concept maps, videorecordings, presentations, hypermedia environment, blogs, wikis, exelearning and other web 2. 0 toolsthat will be increasingly used also in the other subjects involved in this project depending always onthe content. The materials for the audio-visual content are the necessary for the design and thepreparation of the final tools, session recording, reviewing and editing these ones. For the audiocontent the required for the preparation of text, audio recording, reviewing and editing. For theexercises in interactive context (Virtual Classroom): the necessary for the collaborative project design,development, implementation and evaluation of the pupils. And the required for the hypertextmultimedia content design, development and implementation.Results: The adaptation and improvement of study digital materials. We expect that the improvementin the assimilation of concepts and skills. The facilitation for the online resources access. Thefacilitation of the explanation by the teacher, and additionally we expect to adapt all these tools toseveral kind of disabled people and also to adapt them to other languages included Valencian.Conclusion: The future of the study in General Pathology in Physiotherapy can improve with the newproposed multimedia tools.
