摘要

The European Area of Higher Education has carried out in a deep review of the teaching-learningprocess in the Spanish University system. The aim is to achieve the creation of meaningfulknowledge. Students have to understand the meanings and the relationships between the contents ofacademic subjects by interpreting them according to prior knowledge. Therefore, the design ofactivities of knowledge consolidation is crucial to allow a greater autonomy of the students in themanagement of their own learning. Hence, our educational proposal presents knowledgeconsolidation activities which focus on the application of the Quantitative Methods course to theanalysis of the main flows of the World Economics discipline in the Economics Degree. As a didacticresource, we use the New Technologies of the Information and Communication (NTIC) whose domainis essential for the future employment possibilities of the students. NTIC facilitate, in addition tointeractivity, the continuous evaluation of university students as they give an immediate feedback ondevelopments of the teaching-learning process. The sources of information we use allow theapplication of this proposal to bilingual teaching
