摘要

Today there is an objective need for a new view on ecological culture as a factor of the environmental safety of society. It has been identified the need of special training on natural science disciplines in accordance with the individual characteristics of adolescents and modern technologies for the formation of ecological culture in the conditions of a new information environment. It has been justified the integrative, information and environmental approaches, which require the teacher's information culture. The characteristics of the "teacher's information culture", "a new information and educational environment" are given. The pedagogical potential of information technologies in the formation of ecological culture of adolescents is grounded. It has been made the emphasis on individual educational course, the integration of natural science subjects and informatics, the formation of a new information environment of school environmental education, taking into account energy-saving measures. New training courses for schoolchildren on the physical-chemical basis of environmental protection and the basics of energy conservation have been developed. Their experimental approbation showed high results in all indicators of the ecological culture of adolescents (educational, motivational, activity, emotional-sensual).
