摘要

The study of the kinetics of oligopeptide formation by the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy method [1,2] was reported previously. In this paper, the oligopeptide formation from N-(O,O-dialkyl) phosphoamino acids (DAP-aas) in anhydrous media under low temperature and low concentration conditiosn were analyzed with biuret reaction. The results indicated that peptide formation followed a first-order kinetics reaction.
