摘要

For crash analyses using FEM with respect to the structures composed of thin plates, a new method was developed two years ago. This is based on the concept that making each plastic strains of all shell elements almost equal is effective in theweight reduction of such a structure. However structures derived from this method were difficult to realize directly because the thickness differs from elements to elements. Also there was a limitation that the acquired structure did not satisfy theobjective function. This paper describes the techniques to solve these problems and its way using the Tailor Welded Blank.
