This is the seventh paper in a linked series of eight individual papers which detail how knowledge acquisition products are conceived, produced, and employed in the development of models and simulations. This paper details the exchange of JSEAD conceptual modeling information among the CMMS Model Library, DoD Capture, and FDP-KAT using the CMMS Data Interchange Format (DIF). The XML-based interchange specification is presented. Design and programming details for the roundtrip data conversion routines are discussed.
