摘要

As a subproject for the National Information Structure project of the National Board of Health and Welfare, four different stakeholder groups were used to capture business requirements. These were: Subjects of care, Health professionals, Managers/Research and Industry. The process is described with formulating goal models, concept, process and information models. In Sweden a national strategy for eHealth was developed and agreed in 2005 [1], partly in response to the European Commission call for all EU countries to develop eHealth roadmaps [2]. It was recognised that a number of actions are needed to ensure that subjects of care (citizens, patients, clients and their next of kin) as well as health professionals obtains trouble-free access to personal health related information in particular to support integrated care processes.
