In a supply chain with continuous review or cycle review policy, the optimization of service level and replenishment policy based on cost sharing is studied. An improve-forward method is proposed to optimize cycle service level in a cycle review policy for durable product. A joint strategy between economic order quantity (EOQ) and cycle service level is proposed to achieve quick response in a continuous review policy of "multi batches-lower lot size". The conclusion is that, optimal level based on joint decision and cost sharing keeps higher and stable during most period of the sales season, which increases the chain's customer satisfaction and product availability.
